How we handle information submitted to this website and the Essa demo.

1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by Praevis Solutions Inc. ("Praevis Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to praevissolutions.com and to the public Essa planning demo made available on the Site.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the corporate website, the Site's professional-services and product pages, and the public Essa schedule demo ("Essa demo"). It does not cover information exchanged under a separate written client engagement, which is instead governed by the terms of that engagement.

3. Information you voluntarily submit

The Site does not currently have account registration, newsletter signup, or a general contact form. Information reaches us only when you voluntarily provide it, for example:

• the project description ("scope"), Project Start date, an optional Target Finish date if you choose to enter one, and working-calendar selection you type or choose in the Essa demo; and
• your email address and message content if you choose to email us at info@praevissolutions.com.

We do not collect information through forms, surveys, or sign-up flows that do not exist on the Site.

4. Essa demo data

The Essa demo is a controlled public planning preview, not a production scheduling application. When you use it, the Site sends the following to our server to generate the preview:

• the project scope/description you enter (up to 1,200 characters);
• the Project Start date you select;
• the Target Finish date, only if you choose to enter one; and
• the working-calendar option you select (5-day, 6-day, or 7-day).

These inputs are used only to generate the demo's activity proposal and the deterministically calculated schedule preview shown to you in your browser. The demo does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal identifier as part of generating a schedule preview.

5. Third-party AI processing

To interpret the scope you enter and propose planning activities, the current implementation sends the scope text, Project Start, Target Finish (if supplied), and calendar selection described above to our configured AI service provider for processing — currently Google's Gemini API as the primary provider, with OpenAI's API used only as an automatic fallback for a given request if the primary provider is temporarily unavailable. Whichever provider is used, it returns a structured proposal, which our server and your browser then validate and calculate deterministically before anything is shown to you.

Data submitted to the demo may be processed by whichever of our AI service providers handles a given request, in accordance with that provider's own applicable terms and data-handling practices. We do not control, and this policy does not represent, how a provider retains, logs, or otherwise uses data it processes on our behalf. We encourage you not to submit information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service. If you would like more detail about our current AI providers' own privacy and data-handling terms, please contact us and we will point you to the applicable current provider documentation.

6. Confidentiality warning

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, export-controlled, privileged, personal, proprietary, or security-sensitive project information to the public Essa demo. The demo is a public product preview intended for illustrative, non-confidential project descriptions only.

7. Server-side processing

Based on the current implementation:

• the Site does not maintain a database or user-account system, and does not save, store, or persist the projects, schedules, or scope text you submit to the Essa demo beyond what is needed to generate and return that single response;
• our server temporarily processes request metadata such as your IP address for abuse and rate-limiting control (currently a limited number of demo requests per IP address per hour), tracked in server memory and not persisted as a client-identifiable record;
• our hosting environment and server software may generate ordinary operational and error logs as part of normal web-server and application operation. We do not claim that no such logs exist; log content and retention depend on our hosting environment and security practices in effect at the relevant time.

8. Browser storage

The Site uses limited local browser storage, not a saved project record:

• Theme preference — your day/night display choice is saved in your browser's localStorage so the Site remembers it on your next visit. This is a display setting, not project or personal data.
• Demo generation counter — the Essa demo keeps a simple count of how many schedule previews you have generated in your current browser session, stored in sessionStorage. This counter is cleared when your browser session ends and does not contain your project content.

Neither of these mechanisms saves, uploads, or exports your Essa demo project.

9. Cookies and analytics

Based on the current implementation, the Site does not intentionally use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics services. This describes our current implementation and is not a permanent commitment; if that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe any cookies, analytics, or tracking added at that time, consistent with AGENTS.md governance for adding such functionality.

10. Email communications

If you email us at info@praevissolutions.com, we will process your email address and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry and for related recordkeeping consistent with normal business correspondence practices.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information you submit.

12. Retention

We aim to keep retention reasonable and limited to the purpose for which information was provided:

• Essa demo inputs: not retained as a persistent, client-identifiable project record, consistent with §7 above.
• Email correspondence: retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the business or legal purpose it was provided for.
• Infrastructure and operational logs: retained according to our hosting provider's and our own security practices in effect at the relevant time, which may change as the Site's hosting arrangement matures.

13. Your requests

If you have a question about information you have submitted to us, or would like to make a privacy-related request, contact us at info@praevissolutions.com. We will respond to reasonable requests. This policy does not itself represent that specific statutory privacy rights apply to you; whether particular rights apply depends on your jurisdiction and applicable law, and is addressed on a case-by-case basis.

14. Children

The Site is a corporate and professional-services website intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the Site or the Essa demo.

15. International processing

Praevis Solutions Inc. is based in the Philippines. Depending on our hosting arrangement and our AI service provider, information submitted through the Site may be processed on infrastructure located outside the Philippines. We do not currently publish specific data-center locations for our hosting or AI provider, and this policy should not be read as representing a specific processing location beyond what is stated here.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site, the Essa demo, or our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the draft date above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the then-current policy.
